Internet interruptions / Router Reboots. ? Problem

thanks, a reasonable possibility but i think the fact it has bombed out at the precise moment of connection / disconnection of devices points to something about its handling of devices - either their type or number

just upgraded f/ware to latest version. router now on death row. if that doesn't sort it, its out!

I understand now - its not a Thomson hence the numbering confusion. One on its way so lets see if things improve.

As I understand it, Thomson have been rebranded to Technicolor.  Certainly the router control panel and pages look just like Thomson.  Since I improved the cooling, I have had 16 days without interruption.
