Gerry, Comms can have it turned off AND on. The Ticket route can be painfully slow, and Gamers want it off for low latency. (Note -  you aren't switching it off directly, it automatically generates a ticket for an order to BT).

We'll have to wait for the Max Premium order to completely finish before I can place a new order to remove interleaving, I'll keep checking your account today and place the order as soon as I can.
