Broadband is slow! ever since the 27th december

my broadband speed has slowed down to snail level, taking me about 2 mins or so for a page to load up, and watching iplayer is a mission, actually can only watch 3 seconds before it says bandwidth insufficient!
i dont know what the problem is? it was working fine before then.
suddenly the speeds have just plummeted!
can anyone help?
hate being on holidays and not being able to watch anything or do anything online because im left frustrated with the speed!

Re: Broadband is slow! ever since the 27th december

Can you post your line's details...as detailed in the second 'sticky' thread on this board
"Speed faults - information to help diagnosis"
The stuff is listed in the first post
Then someone here might be in a better position to help
Without the info no one is going to be able to even hazard a wild guess at what the problem is.

Re: Broadband is slow! ever since the 27th december

The problem is probably the appallingly high number of corrected errors
Is it possible to try with the router in the test socket and switch off the Christmas Lights first just to check if the speeds improve
