Bill has been paid but still restricted

My bill has been paid but my account has been restricted. There’s no option for me to make payment as the bill has been paid

My username is [Removed]. It’s been off since Xmas eve which is so annoying. I called and they said it’s been fixed but it’s not working again.

I have raised a fault and this should be fixed within the next few working days. I expect it to be back on before then but I have to advise anywhere up until the 3rd.
