The date time on the forum is still wrong its 11:22 on Monday but the forum top right says its Tuesday 17th March I am still wondering if other times are out on routers servers etc which may be part of the problem

Same here - capped until 1:00am exactly.
I'm a little miffed now - I'm not impressed with being told it's just 'filtering through' time and having it happen again. No one has responded to my response on the ticket that it is a problem.

Dont worry about the clock at the top, I am sure somebody will correct it at 0200 on Sunday morning

Mine looks like it was shutdown from midnight to 1am then limited to 512 for a period (I was only d/ling a small amount so it completed before 2am)
And I am on BBYW so very much eating into my "free" usage.

I've noticed it as well on BBYW 3, starts off really slow and then goes up after 1am same gateway as above, will try tonight and change gateway if no improvement

and for my 6000 the post, it was early in the morning and yes it is the 29th

iam abit puzzled as bob's in the other thread on p2p/usenet speeds and all other pn staff reply's on matters say its to do with the pcl family gateways yet i stuck with ptn-ag1 last night and noticed the rate limit still stuck so stuck with the gateway to find the time it relesed to full speed.
so it cant just be pcl gateways
looking at packet drop graphs at midnight  a would say ptn-ag1 , pcl-ag03 and maybe thn-ag3 thats just last night the night before only looked liked a couple of gateways where not efected

We had a problem with the rate limits between 12-1am.
This should now be fixed.

Hmm James, I reported that I had no traffic between 12-1am then a 512k limit, all I got in reply to my ticket was :-
