My ADSL2+ is very slow
Since Plusnet upgraded me to ADSL2+ my broadband speed has dropped to as low as 181 kbps. I have had a support ticket open for this problem for nearly a month now and it still has not been resolved. I am not getting a very good response from the support team. They do not respond to me when I update the ticket. I have found that the only way to get a response from them is to open a new ticket, which seems very strange. Has any body else out there had a similar experience? I am seriously considering switching my ISP to O2. I had no problem before requesting an upgrade to ADSL2+. Wish I never had now.

Interesting that Output Power 0.0 dBm - I would have though it would say something (what I dunno)
Have you :-
a) run a BT Speed test ?
b) tried using the router in the TEST socket (need to give the stats as before)
Yes I have. I have no test socket behind plate for some reason. I have tested my router on another broadband connection and it worked ok. However, this was not ADSL2+. Plusnet are going to send me a test router one day if they ever get round to it. Be quicker to get my own. Mystery continues.
