Right the order has been cancelled because like u said he would have to have a new line. so you were saying in a months time there is going to be a different way of doing it so does that mean he wouldnt have to have a new line it would just be straight forward
Yep - the current process isn't working hence the need for a new line, but within the next month we should have a working process that'll allow us to migrate the line rather than needing to install a new one.
Don't think we'll be posting anything official here or on our main site as it's not something that's affecting the majority of our customer base, but we'll certainly be popping back here and advising along with placing the order for you.
