Hello, welcome to the Plusnet EOD for the 16th of Feb! Starting us off we've got Paul Booth for the CSC
Good Afternoon Well the start of another week and we're already into the second half of the second month this year seems to be gathering pace As per usual on a Monday we are all busy answering the phones on the customer options team, we have pretty much a full team in today with the exception of Laura and Kev (the lucky so and so's for getting a Monday off) To be total honest i haven't got much else to add, as i mentioned earlier, Monday is a busy day so not much time for chit chat
How about some numbers Paul? Perhaps tomorrow eh? Next up is Colin!
Monday... and my last full week until the 23rd March (Holiday's abound over the next 4 weeks - 6.5 days out of 20 will be worked). I've been up to some problem fixing today, and trying to get things in a state ready to hand over some stuff to the other people. Oh, and having my pronunciation of 'Perl' made fun of again... Pete seems to be planning to decorate the office, working on some posters and banners... I'm sure we'll find out in good time what they are, although I always thought design was Jonny's department! Oh, he's also added he's been planning for comms. James has been working on getting various website tweaks ready for this here Community Site and My Broadband Speed. Kelly seems to have spent most of the day catching up after his holiday's... although a good portion of that was spent waiting and moaning about his laptop! (Ed: Too right!) Andy, Nick, Sam, Phil, Mark and Gary have all been trying to tie up some loose ends on project work. Dan has been joining Duffy and myself on working on various problems, while starting a new bit of work. Right, back to work for 25 minutes, then I can go home.
Finally, it's Matty from the Comms Team
CParr: Task work and project work. He's also been fighting the good fight, whatever that means, only he's been fighting for the side of evil. I'm not sure he's on a winner there. Mand: Problems, more project stuff, and a few meetings. Mand has been hunting high and low for the MacGuffin, which we believe is hidden somewhere in a Portmanteau that was once used to store the clothes of Captain Edward Thatch, otherwise known as Blackbeard the pirate. James: Community site and a fair bit of training for the staff here. James has filled in today's gaps by searching through reams of DNA for the now legendary link between humans and the common seal using only one of those magnifying glasses you need to use to read those condensed Reader's Digest books. Matt: Forums and task work. Matt has also been working on an artists impression of what's been happening to Bob today and what will happen as a result. Bob: Had his eyes LAZZZORED this morning, so we hope he's alright. We think he'll find making the tea a snap now. Have a lovely evening all, we'll catch you on the morrow.
-- Right! I should get back to catching up. Holidays aren't half a nuisance sometimes
