We had FTTP installed in January,. I bought a Grandstream HT801 ATA and transferred our home phone number to A&A. I put a Truecall unit, which we have had for years, between the ATA and a DECT base unit.
The TrueCall unit didn't work properly, so I contacted trueCall support. They said that the unit needed a software update, which they applied. It worked correctly for a few couple of months, but then it started blocking all calls. I contacted trueCall support again and they decided that the unit must have failed. They sent me a new one, which has worked correctly for several months, but now it too has started blocking all calls.
Any ideas? I doubt that two units would fail in the same way in a short period of time.
