Windows 10 Location not showing where my laptop is located, but 17 Ashbourne Rd, Broxbourne EN10

I have PREY location s/ware installed on my Dell Laptop, but when I check for its location it shows address above (which is wrong) ; when I click on Googlemaps (which I think PREY use) it's spot on, so am wondering if anyone has encountered?; screenshot attached.

I thought this location was  a PN server but Google shows it as domestic house; I'm currently connected  to gateway pcl-ag02.;

I've noticed ads that appear on side of my browser sometimes, show businesses in Broxbourne, which I'm nowhere near .

Prey suggest turning Windows Location service off if there's a discrepancy with Googlemaps, but made no difference Sad

UPDATE:

Further checking shows its my IP address showing this location, which is in PN's control:

IP Address Country Region City

The laptop probably doesn't have GPS so it will use your current IP address to guess where you are. What does this show for example?

Google on the other hand will probably have got your location from your mobile which more than likely will have GPS.

Have a look at start->settings->privacy->location to see the options you have in Windows 10.

IP Address location: Broxbourne Sad

However, M/S Windows Device Manager,
https://account.microsoft.com/devices?ref=fmdsetting&ref=fmdsetting
under "Find My Device" which uses Bing maps, is 100% accurate too.
This doesn't use googlemaps presumably as in enemy camp?
