Unreliable email

Ever since Greenby took over being our email service (28/01/26), my email service has become very iffy. The latest incident is that I have been locked out of the email service all day. It complains about it is either having a problem with my username or my password. This is on both of my email accounts, and when it tells me there is a problem, it doesn't differentiate between username or password, it just states "Authentication failed for username or password"
Is anyone else having problems like this?

Suggest you join the rest of us on the Email subforum. I can't get my emails either and it seems to be some series of problems going on for most of the day, judging from the number of different posters.

Okay Simon, thanks for letting me know. Are you with Greenby as well, or are other email service providers having problems?
