Yesterday I updated my Samsung S6 phone to Android v6.0.1.
I use the Samsung Smart Switch app on my PC to backup my phone regularly.
Since updating my phone and trying to run a backup I get the message attached below.
On reading Mobile forums it's a known problem and we are waiting for Samsung to issue a fix
