You can't leave it blank though as a space is not allowed as the first (only) character and some other characters aren't allowed as the first or in the string, but the on-board Help should tell you that (I'm assuming this is the same as other A type hubs - I don't have a Hub One in front of me).
With the Hub lights they are more 'warning' lights rather than anything else except as dvorak has mentioned the single Blue light means all ok. If you select >Advanced Settings >Hub Lights and then click the on-board Help and select Hub Lights you should get a comprehensive list of all the light states - unless Plusnet's customised firmware has modified it

But looking at sagemcoms website I can't see a model like it - so maybe it's probably specially made for BT and maybe other major ISP's
