Password problem

I have a fire tablet,checking on parental guidance l have locked myself out,it asks me for parental control password and I didn't know l had one.Have tried resetting password to no avail,can anyone help please.

Hi @Mennell47

Are you referring to a parental guidance tool that's built into your fire tablet or Plusnet Safeguard?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
