Outlook

When I try to delete and email from my email in Outlook the response is  "The Deleted items folder is unobtainable"
When I send an email the response is "The Sent Items folder is unavailable". however the email is actually sent. I have recently re installed Outlook with and without Norton installed but have had no success.

please clarify
what do you mean by Outlook as there are a number of versions and types under that generic title

It sounds like a corrupt .pst file.
