New customer issue ‘Cannot verify server identity of m.hotmail.com

I am a new customer and have issues with my iPad and iPhone whereas they keep coming up with the error above in my subject heading frequently.

when I click on the details of this error it is a certificate error with cloudflare-dnsx.com which it says is ‘not trusted’ but it expires 01/02/2021?.

Has anyone else had the same issue please, or know how to fix it?

I have searched the forum beforehand to no avail.

Sorry not sure what you mean here.

 

We all have iPhones and iPads not sure where Linux come into the equation.

@Donald1937 From those screenshots, it appears it is your iPad/iPhone which has got its' certificate store in a bit of a mess. My suggestion would be to do a 'soft reset' on both units. I would be surprised if there was anything Plusnet support can do.

Just for clarity, I have successfully reached the site on both my iPad and iPhone.
