Is CWMP/TR-069 traffic blocked?

I am working from home and want to test a service for someone.

It involves using a Technicolor router on the end of my Fibre broadband.  This is all up and running and I have Internet access fine.

The router should be connecting back to a CWMP/TR-069/ACS server automatically, but the connection doesn't seem to get there.

Does anyone know if CWMP/TR-069/ACS traffic is blocked within (or at the perimeter) of the PlusNet network?

Thanks

On one level it's not blocked as PN update their routers using TR-069.
However, whether it works for non-PN traffic I don't know.

Assuming you don't have the server side Plusnet firewall enabled, then no - it isn't blocked. Are you able to browse to the ACS URL? Can you run a trace route to the ACS server?
