Why anyone thinks Google is not reading their email is what surprises me. I get depressed when folks thing moving to Gmail is a solution rather than the problem.
The loss of Gmail POP3 email harvesting can only be good news. Any email client can do this without exposing folks to Google reading the contents. No one seems to ask why does Google provide GBs of storage for free? So their search engine can snoop on the contents.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
