I decided to sign up with CityFiber but after 2 months they have come back with a report advising they cannot run the Fiber but no explanation.
One engineer who knocked my door back in December mentioned that the black circular trunking might be an issue because it's too small (looks about 15-20cm internally) so they cannot run the pole. He said it looked different to others in my location (not sure why as they were all built at the same time).
Any suggestions because apart from one engineer I heard say he didn't want to touch it because he didn't want to knock my copper connection out is about as much as I can relay.
