A question, please.
Suppose a Plusnet user is part way through a 1 or 2 year contract with Plusnet when he/she dies.
What happens to the contract? Do the beneficiaries (who probably don't use Plusnet) have to keep it going for the remainder of the time, paying each month for it, or is the contract cancelled? If it is cancelled, will they have to pay the cancellation charge?
Just wondered.
Thanks for any information.
Keith

I believe under such circumstances all fees and charges would be cancelled.
