Cannot update firewall settings
On a p.c., mobile, using the link https://www.plus.net/member-centre/broadband/firewall I can see that my firewall is set to off. Any other selection will not save.
I have a ticket open since 26th November but to date no movement.
I can no longer see this ticket, it was listed on my home page within Plusnet up until a week back.
Wondering if there's anything I can do this end and if others have this problem.

@Giacomo This is a known problem and Plusnet have not yet found a fix for it. If you search the forum you will find more information.
