Wonder if anyone has any ideas. Early Dec 2025 tried to move my phone/broadband from existing supplier, not Plusnet, to Vodafone. As soon as set up with Vodafone phoned them re query only to be told they could not serve my address, even though order had gone through, and they cancelled order. That's when problems started. during or immediately after phone call when cancelled, Vodafone put a cease order on my line and they cannot remove it! After my failed Vodafone order went next day to Plusnet and all appeared ok. But Plusnet then came back to say cease order on line and their order is rejected by Openreach. Turns out cease order in name of Vodafone, who claim they have made multiple attempts but to cancel. Plusnet have had multiple attempts to place their order but rejected. Cease order due to expire on 29 Dec and Plusnet have tried again since but still order is active. I am in contact with senior manager at Vodafone, following complaint to their CEO but he has not been able to resolve. It appears cease order is permanent!! Existing supplier tried to cancel cease order but that failed. This all started because of BT big switch. Have spent many, many hours on phone trying to resolve but no success. I just want Plusnet to be able to take on my broadband, have new router waiting, but they cannot until cease order is removed from Openreach systems which is not happening. Anyone got any ideas?
