BT Sport Issues with Sky through PlusNet

I have recently switched my BT Sport package from Sky to Plus Net but no-one has taken my Sky viewing card details meaning I can't watch it on my TV.  I have been on hold for over 30 minutes.  Is this normal? Surely this should've been taken when taking my order? Very annoyed

Do Plusnet supply BT Sport vis Sky, (satellite)?

I thought that the only way to get BT Sport from Plusnet is streaming via the BT Sport app?

According to the website, yes they do.  It's dearer but is what I wanted.  I guess i'll have a definite answer shortly

All sorted, phone call to customer services and Sky viewing card number added.
