We are aware that Some Plusnet Mobile customers may still be experiencing further problems making or receiving calls. We're working hard on a fix and will keep you updated.

The issues some of our Plusnet Mobile customers were experiencing making or receiving calls have now been resolved. Thanks for your patience.

As of the 1st of January 2026, I no longer work in Plusne,t so I'll be unable to assist you with any queries.
