We're aware of a problem where BT Sport via the app or the online web-player may not work for you while on a Plusnet broadband connection, which we're investigating and we'll fix as soon as we can.
In the meantime, try turning your router off and on. If you're still having issues, you may need to leave your router off for a bit longer, up to 65 minutes if at all possible, then switch it back on again.
