wind up

i'm getting billed £233 next month- catch up for 4 months i've only been paying part bills. Doesnt help budgeting. i've spent over an hour trying to work out the bill but my brain is fusing. It difficult to workout if i'm on a deal which is ok for me. i also found that i had one call for £23 to a premium rate number that i'm pretty sure wasnt called. some of you guys seem pretty useful could you check it out for me- matt?/. i did put in some tickets early on but the lack of usefull response just made me give it up.
regards lloyd

Re: wind up

Sounds like you are in a bit of a state at the mo. Hope that someone from PN picks this up and gives you a call.

Thanks for your time on the phone yesterday, I'll ring shortly to make sure everything's happening alright and confirm what action's being taken from this end.
