Hello

Does anybody have the contact details for the directors of Plusnet

As I wish to inform them how bad the company is and they will just total ignor how me the customer feels about the service as they will just think we have got plenty more customers and that will pay my big bonus each year 

So if anybody can give me the contact details for the MD that will be very good

it's the CEO you're looking for.
but if you think sending an email to the CEO will result in that person seeing the email then you are very much mistaken.
emails get read and dealt with by a team of CS agents (usually a little higher up than your basic CS agent).
this is standard practice amongst most businesses.

The ceo of Plusnet is Andy Baker. His email address is [removed] .

I failed to make contact with him when I needed to contact him. I eventually heard from him after I emailed the ceo of BT.

Andy told me he does read emails sent to him, but he doesn't seem to reply. He never comes onto the forums to tell us what is going on. Strange for a company that is in the communication business.

FWIW I have had a reply to an email fttp m Andy.

As the last two posts suggest - do give us a clue what the problem is. If it's a protracted provide problem there's a fair chance that the issue is in BT Openreach ... in which case you're more likely to get traction on the problem by writing to the CEOs of BT Openreach and BT Group ... that generally opens doors to places....
