How do i pay a bill im not made aware of? how much is outstanding?
im also damn certain that they cant threaten with debt agencies if the said company has not even given u a bill them selfs!
so please again explain to me how i pay a bill ive not been given yet?

lol im surprised i could log in..... but cancellation charges........ Angry
i canceled my contract my contract WITH-IN the 30days of the price increase email..... so i should not be charged.....
ive also been charged £5.76 for disconnection when i was told clear as day THAT THE £5.76 WOULD BE WAVED

yep.... the CSR on the phone even confirmed i was still within my 30 days cancellation period

To save yourself time hanging on the phone I suggest you raise a formal complaint here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22909&wizard_id=38
Once you've raised the ticket I suggest you print it out in case you need it later as proof that you've contested the charge (in case you lose access to your account).
