ticket attachments re wireshark

Same issue I had in the past.  .pcap is not an accepted extension type to upload.  So I can save it from wireshark as text file yes, but previously your wireshark copy couldn't read that pcap saved as a text file.
So I rar or zip it and both fail to be accepted as an attachment, in the end I have to upload it to my web space and link it in the ticket

Re: ticket attachments re wireshark

I've submitted a number of Wireshark captures - just zip the file and it attached no problem.
I'm wondering if your issue may be because the file was too big? Plusnet usually need to see just the startup of the process that you are having trouble with - rarely have I needed more than 30 seconds or so of capture.

Re: ticket attachments re wireshark

Nothing I have submitted has been over 1mbit, so well within the 4mbit size.  As for ziping it, I use winrar and have tried both raring or zipping it and both fail to upload

The largest I've submitted has been 889KB zipped, mostly they've been around 200-300KB. I use 7-zip.
