silence from plusnet on bad performance

I want to know what Plusnet are doing to investigate the slowdowns that are NOT SVLAN related, or is it plusnet's official position that slowdowns from late morning through to 1-2am is acceptable.

I've just replied to that thread, please keep in mind that we've just come out of a weekend so some threads may not have been looked at over the last couple of days.
