Like a previous writer, I too have recently moved from tiscali/talk talk following the take over. As I live a distance from the exchange, I have to be happy with whatever speed I can get so reliability, cost and good customer service are the things that are important to me. The transfer to plusnet was totally smooth and completed much quicker than i had expected. Keep up the good work. I shall certainly be recommending plus net to anyone who is unhappy with their provider.
