good morning, i have just supposedly finalised an old account today which i was told was supposedly finalised on March 2020, this old account has been under a cloud since October 2019 when i was overcharged and it has been repeatedly corrected via the telephone. i have been refunded and apologise to, but the overall experience as a customer who has never missed a payment or had any cause for complaint till now. has been horrendous and has the hallmarks of total incompetence !! i have been threatened and harassed via plusnet messages, as a customer in these trying times of covid-19, plus having to deal with other personal issues including old age i am 79. i have had to spend time, in constantly defending myself and my good name rather than making more productive use of my time and efforts.
in spite of all this may i say i enjoy my broadband very much, shame its so much hassle !!!
