new fibre optic installation

Hi,
I have placed an order to upgrade to fibre optic broadband I have received an email to confirm the installation would be on 8 Jul am. According to my experience last time when I placed the order, I have waited on the installation date whole day but no one showed up at all, therefore I cancelled the order. The explanation given by one of the agents said the order was never been placed. So this time, I would like to double check if my order has definitely been placed and the engineer will show up o 8 Jul please?

Hi ,
It looks as though the correct tickets (87781927) are in place for the order to be raised for the upgrade so all should be fine. In addition to this there appears to be an order within the wholesale suppliers system under reference 2-98510915219.
If you have any trouble with this then let us know however it all looks fine at present!
