fault reponse times

been with PN for a while now and thought the service had been realy good until recently,
raised a fault on 13/03
first response from PN 17/03 line tested and engineer call booked for 19/03
further tests 22/03 and instruction to openworld to do more work, told t restart router 4 hours later,
test results updates 24/03
fed back that line still very poor about 50% of speed used to have on 31/03 and since then absolutly nothing. Angry
great service guys reminds me of the awful talktalk, pull your finger out !!!!!!!!
