I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT IN VERY HAPPY WITH PLUSNET CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT. mr jones of support was a great help and a good communicator (called me/emailed me ) every day to keep me update turns out it was my small extention box wen the line first comes into my house that was faulty wen bt repaired it plus net reset the line then BOOM 0.3 mb turn out to be 3.1mb so one more happy customer and i would recommend plusnet to any one ty again
