I signed up in February for  broadband and weekend calls with a 50 cash back. I have tried three times with on line chat the  first two were very friendly and said they would sort it to but the last on line chat stop mid conversation and chat ended having been told it was not available when i signed up. I purposely signed up then because of the offer but was told to day it was not on offer! Not sure where to go from here can any one help. Up until now I think plus net have offered a really good service

Hi there,
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the offer you signed up to was not a cashback offer, it was for a discounted broadband price for 12 months.
