bitter taste

I'm on my phone as I type..to settle an outstanding bill...yup..pay Plusnet £65.
I've been put on hold for the second time.
I wonder how much you make from these delays ?
Fantastic customer service  Angry ...Answer the phone then put the customer  on hold.
That's why I'm an EX - customer, but it's not so bad...I get to cruise the net on my 20+ meg connection, ( that  Plusnet couldn't offer) , while I wait.
Two years ago, this company was excellent, now it's gone the way of the companies I left to join Plus Net.
Sad.

Re: bitter taste

Hi there, I'd guess that that would be down to a house move that happened within the past 12 months and is therefore payable. If that is the case there'd not be anything I can do to help I'm afraid.

Re: bitter taste

I have no qualms about paying the bill, that was part of the contract.
What I'm saying is your customer service is awful.
It's measured in pounds and pence, not satisfaction.
That's what happens when you go corporate.
Don't bother to reply...I'm gone.

Why would Plusnet make any money from the delays? All of their numbers are now 01, 03 or 0800, which are not revenue-generating.
