Very annoyed to find my broadband increased from £6.50 to £16.99 with only an email 3 days before my DD is to be paid. On the same day I received an email to say my line rental saver is due in 1 month, but I only find out via a billing email with broadband. Why can't I be reminded in good time to set up a new BB contract?? I have started a new contract but would like this to be backdated to include the current month as the increase is too much for me. It's bad form for a customer of 4+years as it tempts me to look into other deals and consider moving supplier.
