Used to be ok, now must be amongst the worst for the price

Isn't it great when the service you pay for doesn't work and the company won't fix it?

Plusnet, you should be ashamed of themselves.
Please note: the ability for a caller to escalate the call is a basic requirement of any call centre. It's horribly direspectful to tell your customer service team to not allow this.

I strongly recommend not using Plusnet if you still have the choice.

I've just replied to your other post.
We do have escalation processes in place, however these generally require our internal DPA processes to be passed first.
