You are joking - right

72 hours before a fibre fault is even escalated to BT. 7 working days repair time target (currently not met). Yes I really feel that you are doing me proud. Embarrassed

Re: You are joking - right

I've never had to wait that long for a fault to be reported, last one was "fixed" in less than that.

Re: You are joking - right

I hope the Digital Care Team spot this and expedite on your behalf!
This the best place to raise faults - the ticket scheme is too slow to acknowledge and deal!

Re: You are joking - right

But, if it takes the ticket system 3 days to see the ticket and then 72 hours to test that just isn't good enough!

Re: You are joking - right

It the 72 hours thats getting to me. Last time I had a line fault they tested while I was on the phone and logged a bt call there and then. BT were on the case and reconnected in less than 8 hours.

Andym4,
I've asked for this thread to be merged with this thread as they're both to do with the same thing - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,127454.0.html
EDIT: I'll post further updates regarding your fault on this thread instead of on - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,127454.0.html

Re: You are joking - right

Andym4,
Thanks for getting back to me. We'll need to arrange for an engineer to visit - can you confirm your availability over the next few days so that I can get this booked in for you?

You might want to change the title of the thread - if you can.

@Jim
I've wondered frequently, whether adding a "Solved" button would be a good addition to the forum.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Re: You are joking - right

Way beyond my pay grade I fear
However - having seen how it works on the Scan Forums I would be very wary of it
