how would anybody know?  12 postings, all moans and no info on your line, router stats, test - nothing

Information required:
1. Which package you are on
2. Your paid for usage for this month from https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php
3. If you've just been billed your usage last month.
4. Stable rate as shown by https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate
5. If that is way down on your normal speeds the results from a BT speed test
6. Your router stats, sync speed, attenuation and noise margin
