What the heck is going on with webmail?

for the last week when ever i click send i get erro message (Failed to send message)
i can be sat here tring for a good 10 minutes at times
and its not down to my machine or connection because aswell as having the issue at home i had it in the council offices

Sorry to hear you're seeing issues with this Warbleeder.
I've just tested this internally and haven't managed to be able to replicate an error message in Firefox 32.0 or Google Chrome 38.0.2.
Can you confirm the exact error you were seeing along with the browsers and possibly the versions being used so we can attempt to test it?

It's more likely to be an issue with the message you are trying to send - have you double checked the recipients etc?
Have you tried a test message to someone else?

its lastest firefox and no the email adress im tring to send email to works fine...when i first posted this i tried to send it 10 times and it failed ... i had to delete the message and start a fresh (copied and pasted email address from previous)
and lastest firefox
and the exact erro was (failed to send message)

Both the links Tony gave are webmail! They are different versions with different interfaces - the second one is what you get when you click basic webmail on the normal login.
He wants you to tell us what happens on each version which may give a pointer to what is going wrong.
