What happens when you leave Plusnet?

First thing I have noticed after transferring from the Plusnet 80/20 service is an increase in speed of 50%.  Now why couldn't Plusnet have provided this speed?  Plusnet were given the opportunity to do this but failed miserably.

Sorry if we left on poor terms. My colleague has picked up your other post, so I wish you all the best with your new provider.

Re: What happens when you leave Plusnet?

You know what Matty I would had remained with Plusnet had:
1.  Your agent not slammed me into a new contract without my consent, or knowledge.
2.  Your agent had not offered me the 40/10 service at £16 pm - the normal price is £14.99 pm.
3  Plusnet had treated me with respect in dealing with my complaint.
Alas, it was only the above that caused me to think about leaving.  I would even have tolerated the 40/50 minute call time waits had the above not happened.

I'm somewhat familiar with your account, from liaising with you via Facebook. Once again, wish you all the best moving forward.
