Welcome to Fibre link in emails is broken

I just signed up today for a new fibre contract, and I've received two confirmatory emails each with the following link to the Welcome to Fibre guide/booklet - the link is broken and the connection always times out.

The booklet service has been deprecated; looks as though someone has not updated the communications email!

I'll escalate it again.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
