I spent 47 minutes in the web chat queue and eventually spoke to a CSC Analyst who I asked to help with a connection problem of no dial tone. Unfortunately the phone troubleshooter that Plusnet operates requires a connection to the internet for it to be activated from a website which means it cant isolate just the phone part of the line. I suggested that could a test be done without the internet which he replied it could. I asked would he reply instantly by email with the result as obviously the internet would be closed ending the chat. He did reply by email only to give a link back to online chat......which means I have another 1 hour wait till I can speak to someone else. I feel I have been lied to.
