Using search to get an answer on the old site

Product Archive - and she has no idea what I am talking about and I get the same result on the new site unless I use the top search button as opposed to the Help Topic Search
Perhaps something should be made clearer

Re: Using that silly bird to get an answer on the old site

If I search 'product archive' from the top search box, it gives me links to the product archive.
If I use the search further down the page, then it doesn't give me the same result. However searching for 'Broadband Your Way' gives me the information on that product: Our Broadband Your Way products were withdrawn from sale to new customers in 2009. To find out more about them, please see our Broadband Your Way product archive.

OldJim offensive?  Sorry that's not possible, straight talking yes, but offensive no.

I assume we are talking about Jess (again)? Since I guess the moderation has removed that fact?

The thread is about the 'Artificially Unintelligent' 'Virtual Assistant', yes. IIRC, Jim called her something other than 'Jess', oddly nobody had to ask who he was talking about.  Lips_are_sealed

If the cap fits, perhaps she should be made to (virtually) wear it.
I hope I've chosen my words carefully enough not to get this post moderated.

Sorry, hadn't realised that I didn't come back again. I've flagged this internally that searching Jess with 'product archive' doesn't bring up any relevant answers.

I really don't know why you don't get rid of Jess. I haven't yet known it produce any sensible answers that weren't as easily attainable through the standard Help & Support searches. It also slows down the Help page loading where Jess appears, those on slower connections just love it!

...you just really cannot make statements like this around here - it's not appropriate and will detract from the validity of your argument so much so that there will be no need to consider its validity at all.  Angry
