Unfair practice

Seems so unfair Plusnet offer fibre for new customers @£21.99 but will not apply this price to long term customers.

How to lose customers in one easy lesson.

Re: Unfair practice

Unfortunately @Allsorts2, it seems to be the way the current world works. One reason I did move. No unhappiness with my actual service from PN, just their pig headed determination to get more money from those that don't or won't move. It'll change, simply because moving ISP now really is so simple to do. You don't even have to call anyone to say you're leaving.

Ever helpful. Grin Sure, I’d love to help you out. Now which way did you come in?

Re: Unfair practice

Hi

Thanks for reply.

I agree it's fairly normal practice for companies to do this. Tried several times to negotiate with Plusnet however they will not budge. I have been with them for some time and noticed a deterioration in service which again there is no attempt to resolve the issue. Not impressed so as soon as my contract is up I will change provider.
