Hi,

Tried reaching out to Plusnet over the phone, through Twitter and also this forum about renewals / retentions.

Posts instantly marked as Spam. Customer service can't match prices on website. Twitter unresponsive.

I don't see the unrivalled customer service that is touted by the company

If I can't sort a deal today I'm leaving, but I don't want to waste much more time when there seems to be no interest in retaining loyal customers (9 years)
