Top cashback not tracking

Hi i signed up through tbc and my cashback is still showing as pending, i have done everything needed. I would be grateful if someone at Plusnet could help me with this.

You seem to have started two threads in these forum regarding this. This slows down any response.

As I responded on the other thread since you signed up via Top cashback, you need to contact them rather then Plusnet, since they are doing the cashback.
