Ticket response times?

I submitted a ticket on the 14th of october and so far it has changed state twice, once with an update to say that it couldn't be answered because it was waiting on a reply from Kelly and then again to say it has been passed back to the CSC and would be answered in due course. On neither occasion was any information added to the ticket so I think it's fair to say it hasn't been answered yet, and it's way past 72 hours  Sad

Re: Ticket response times?

Yeah I've had the response although not from anybody called Dave. I've quoted it below...

Sorry about this Finguz.
It's awaiting on a different member of staff.  I've given him a quick poke so he's aware.

As you can see below, the WOT servers/routers suffer the same issues  Undecided

Re: Ticket response times?

I responded to  ticket 76047286 9:26am, Friday 25 Oct 2013 and as of yet no one's replied to it. Undecided

Should be a fairly simple one to anwser, Just wanted to know what happens if my FTTC doesn't migrate on the same day as my Phone line, don't really want to be in a situation where Sky disconnect me then Plusnet don't go live when expected.  Huh
